How China’s E-Commerce Landscape Will Change in 2022

WPIC Marketing + Technologies have announced a new Q4 China E-commerce Accelerator batch to help global brands launch inside the Chinese market before the end of 2020.

The Q4 China E-commerce Accelerator allows organizations from around the world to enter the world’s largest e-commerce market in under 30 days, offering a solution that combines industry-leading 3PL capabilities and an insatiable appetite for global products among China’s growing consumer class.

Kicked off in the first half of 2020, the program has successfully launched brands from a variety of sectors, including apparel, cosmetics, healthcare, food and beverage, children’s toys, and more.

WPIC’s China E-commerce Accelerator program has received a tremendous response from hundreds of brands from across the world and we’re pleased to offer another batch for those organizations, providing them an opportunity to launch in China inside of 30 days before the end of the year,” says Joseph Cooke, Co-founder and President of WPIC Marketing + Technologies. “By combining our industry-leading warehousing and logistics capabilities and partnering with our friends at Tmall and JD, we’re pleased to make “30 days to launch” a reality for so many brands.”

Similar to previous batches, the Q4 China E-commerce Accelerator features:

  • Rapid approval of store activation (reducing time from weeks to days) at Tmall and JD
  • Expedited growth on leading e-commerce platforms including Tmall and JD
  • Fast-tracked Discripto™ data programs that provide merchandising strategy within days
  • Access to WPIC’s 65,000 sq. ft. e-commerce campus and 5 sq. km. warehousing facility
  • Opening of legal, financial and logistical channels to move products into the market and expatriate revenue; handling of domestic tax and regulatory requirements
  • End-to-end marketing, creative and ongoing channel management;
  • Access to WPIC’s live stream studios and network of KOLs

The first batch of WPIC’s China E-commerce Accelerator was launched in March of 2020, to assist organizations around the world in need of rapid APAC market access against the backdrop of halted global retail and commerce due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Batch II was designed to provide additional access to those brands, and launch them in time for the 2020 11/11 Singles’ Day shopping festival in November, which is widely expected to be the world’s biggest consumer purchasing holiday of all time.

In order to ensure brands are able to transact inside of the market in advance of the end of the year, WPIC is starting the Q4 Accelerator on September 15th. Organizations interested in participating in the Q4 China E-commerce Accelerator Program are asked to submit their paperwork in advance of the October 15th deadline. Accepted parties will be notified quickly thereafter.
