Vancouver, BC – On Wednesday, February 26th, WPIC Marketing + Technologies hosted dozens of organizations from across the Pacific Northwest at an Open House at WPIC’s new North American headquarters in Vancouver, BC.
The event, which allowed both existing clients and other leading organizations from across the region to see the new space, was anchored around a thoughtful conversation around current events in the APAC region.
Topics for the formal program included: the ongoing Coronavirus epidemic and its impact on e-commerce activity and brick and mortar retail; the recently-signed US-China Phase I trade deal; the latest developments in the PRC’s technology scene; the first steps brands need to take when entering the APAC region; and much more.
Speakers included both representatives from the Canada China Business Council (CCBC) and Global Affairs Canada (GAC).
“I want to thank everyone who came together to make WPIC’s 2020 Open House a terrific success,” says Jacob Cooke, Co-founder and CEO of WPIC Marketing + Technologies. “We’ve already had a ton of overwhelmingly positive feedback from attendees about the thoughtful conversations and unique perspectives that were being discussed on Wednesday evening, and our team is already discussing how we can grow this type of event in more North American cities to expand the dialogue taking place about the APAC region today.”
